County to hold public meeting on Oil & Gas re-write

La Plata County will host a virtual public meeting to inform and answer questions about the re-write of Chapter 90 of the county’s Land Use Development Code. The LUDC was adopted in 2020 but Chapter 90 addressing Oil & Gas Development was intentionally left unchanged pending a future revision, which is now underway.
