Law enforcement officials, human service workers, victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking may have their personal information made unavailable on the internet.
Law Enforcement Officials and Human service workers
Peace Officers, Judges, Prosecutors and Human Service workers may request to have their personal information removed from the internet. This information will remain unavailable unless:
- The property is sold. The owner must reapply to have confidentiality applied if/when they acquire a new residence in La Plata County.
- The individual completes and submits a written request to remove the confidential restriction on their information.
