Forms and Records Requests
Pro Se Discovery Requests:
If you are a named defendant in a criminal case and do not have an attorney, you may request discovery from our office by filling out the following form: Pro Se Discovery Request Form
Please print, complete and bring to our office (no emails accepted), along with a picture I.D. The discovery will be provided 72 hours from the time we receive the request. A picture I.D. is required.
Records Requests:
All requests for public records of the 6th Judicial District Attorney's office pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), CRS 24-72-112 through 24-72-402, or the Colorado Criminal Justice Record Act (CCJRA), C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq., must be submitted in writing.
- Requests for criminal justice records of the District Attorney's Office
- Requests for public records pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) that are not criminal justice records
