Guardrails to be installed on County Road 501

The La Plata County Road & Bridge division will replace the guardrails on three bridges on County Road 501 north of Vallecito Reservoir. This section of road was paved last summer but the guardrails were delayed due to supply chain issues.

Work will commence Monday, April 8 and last approximately four weeks (~May 3). Shoulder work will at times create short single-lane closures at the bridges but delays should be very short.
