Land Use Permits

After completing our full Feasibility process, you will be directed to begin the Land Use Permit application process.

Planning Staff will set you up with your Land Use Permit Application, along with other helpful and necessary information, after you've completed your feasibility assessment. Here, we pulled excerpts from LUC Chapter 66 to quickly show the types of applications available.

Here you will find generalized guidance meant to assist you with the documents you are required to submit; there may be more items listed than actually required by your project. After completing your feasibility assessment, a planner will help you know which guidance documents apply to your project.

If you have been advised by a staff member to apply for your project via our CityView portal, please upload your submittal documents there; accepted file types include .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpeg, .tiff, .png.
Each of your uploads must be named to match the item title on your checklist.      
Paper copies of the plat(s), in the identified size and quantity must be submitted in addition to electronic submittals.
