ServSafe is a nationally recognized comprehensive food safety training developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
Participants who score 75% or higher will receive a ServSafe certificate, valid for 5 years.

- $160.00 (2 - day class) or $135.00 (1 - day class): Includes ServSafe® Manager text NEW 7th Edition, lunch and proctored certification exam. Two day recommended for those with less experience or preferring interactive education offering more detail.

Colorado Cottage Foods Training
Are you interested in producing food from a home kitchen with intent to sell to the public? If so, you need to complete a food safety training per the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. This training meets that requirement and upon passing, provides you with a certificate of training valid for three years. In addition to the certificate, you will gain knowledge in basic food safety to help protect you from liability and your consumers from food borne illness. You will leave with an understanding of what foods are considered eligible under the Act. To help you succeed, plentiful resources will be provided to help you learn the in's and out's of running a small business.
