2023 Historic Driving & Hiking Tour - Vallecito Reservoir & Dam: Saturday, Sept. 30 beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Each year (unless there's a pandemic), the Historic Preservation Review Commission conducts a historic driving tour of a selected area in La Plata County. This year, it's a look back at Vallecito Reservoir - before & after the dam. The tour includes presentations by experts on the local history as well as a list of drives and hikes surrounding the lake.
