Below you will find generalized guidance meant to assist you with the documents you are required to submit; there may be more items below than required by your project. The Planner assigned to your project will help you know which guidance documents apply to your project.

ELECTRONIC SUBMITTAL
If you have been advised by a staff member to apply for your project via our CityView portal, please upload your submittal documents there; accepted file types include .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpeg, .tiff, .png.
Each of your uploads must be named to match the item title on your checklist.      
Paper copies of the plat(s), in the identified size and quantity must be submitted in addition to electronic submittals.
