Adopted Building Codes

The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners adopted the following building codes, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

• 2015 IRC/IBC/IPC/IMC/IFGC
• 2009 IECC
• 2003 IFC
• 2020 NEC - Adopted and enforced by the State of Colorado
