  1. Approval of county cash requirements as prepared and posted by the Finance Department and direct staff to publish
  2. Ratification of the Colorado Strategic Wildfire Action Plan grant application for Southwest Conservation Corp (SCC)
  3. Ratification of the submission of the Colorado Strategic Wildfire Action Plan grant application for SWIFT Statewide Wildland Fire Inmate Team
  4. Ratification of the submittal of the San Juan Basin Area Agency on Aging Proposal for Services for State fiscal year 2023

The Board will meet with staff from Durango Fire Protection District virtually and in-person in the boardroom at 1101 E. 2nd Ave, Durango to discuss fire impact fees.

 4:00 p.m. – Commissioner Porter-Norton Community Office Hours
Commissioner Marsha Porter-Norton will hold in-person office hours from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, for members of the public to discuss county issues of interest or concern. Commissioner Porter-Norton’s office hours will be held in the Breen Community Building located at 15300 Highway 140 in Hesperus, Colorado. 

THURSDAY, May 26
9:00 a.m. – CCI Legislative Debrief
The Board has been invited to attend a virtual legislative debrief with Colorado Counties, Inc.

11:30 a.m. – Commissioner Church Office Hours
Commissioner Clyde Church will hold in-person community office hours in Bayfield on Thursday, May 26th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for members of the public to discuss county issues of interest or concern. Commissioner Church’s office hours will be held at Blue Sky Café at 25 W. Mill St, in Bayfield, Colorado.

6:00 p.m. – On the Road Meeting
The Board will meet at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive, Bayfield, Colorado, to hear from residents on issues important to them.
