    • Obtain a Tax Authentication form (If lender requires)
  • Treasurer’s Office
    • If there are any taxes due, they must be paid.
    • Pay for Tax Authentication form (If lender requires)
      • Fee - $10.00

     

  • Motor Vehicle Office
    • Add lien and/or change name on title
    • Fees
      • Title Fee - $7.20
      • Lien Fee - $5.00 per 8 ½ ” x 14” (If applicable)
      • Recording Fee - $13.00 first page, $5.00 each additional page
