Certification Forms for La Plata County Taxing Authorities/Entities
Form DLG 57 - Certification of Valuation and Amended/Final Certification of Valuation: Certified values from the La Plata County Assessor for each taxing entity/authority that exists in La Plata County.  Initial Certification is done on August 25th and December 10th is the deadline for the amended or final Certification of Valuation.  As a courtesy, the La Plata County Assessor tries to report the amended values on or before December 1st.
