MONDAY, Aug. 20   

9 a.m. – The Board has been invited to attend a meeting with Colorado Dept. of Transportation staff for an update on state highways at the CDOT Durango Maintenance Training Room, 20581 Hwy. 160 W., Durango.


TUESDAY, Aug. 21  


The Board will consider: 

·         Resolution 2018-28, Project #2018-0022, Animas Valley Zoning Amendment – Yucha


Immediately following the Planning agenda: SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING
The Board will consider:

·         La Plata County Abstract of Assessment 2018


11:30 a.m. – The Board has been invited to attend the Communities that Care/Celebrating Healthy Communities joint collaborative workshop at the La Plata County Fairgrounds Extension Building, 2500 Main Ave., Durango.


WEDNESDAY, Aug. 22     
8:30 a.m. – BOARD DISCUSSION TIME:  The Commissioners will meet among themselves and with staff to discuss various issues. An agenda for this meeting will be posted by Tuesday morning at:


6 p.m. – The Board has been invited to tour the Falls Creek fire mitigation area, and attend a meeting of the Falls Creek Homeowners Association at 400 Oak Crest Drive, Durango, to discuss fire and flood mitigation efforts undertaken in the subdivision.



8 a.m. – The Board will attend a Durango Chamber of Commerce Eggs ‘n Issues meeting on the State of the Community at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio, Durango.
