To receive bid opportunities from La Plata County, you must register your company online.  To register, visit www.rockymountainbidsystem.com.  Once there, use the "Registration" link and follow the instructions to complete the registration form.  This automatic bid notification system offers your company the option to receive messages anytime any of the participating agencies issue bid opportunities that match you company's line of business or the the option to look up bids at any time for no charge.  Participating agencies post their bids, quotes, requests for proposal, contruction notices, addendums and awards on this one centralized system. La Plata County uses this system for all of our formal bids and requests for proposals as well as for researching vendors for our informal bids or quotes.
